100 years after the signing of the Declaration of Independence, when Colorado became a state of the United States in the year 1876, it was nicknamed as “The Centennial State”. The Centennial State has about 17,000 trucking companies located in Colorado paying $5 billion as wages with one out of every 20 workers in trucking-related businesses.
